Estimated transit time for most standard in-stock products is 5–12 business days after shipment, excluding processing time.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible standard returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, with prior authorization and applicable product-condition requirements.
Standard change-of-mind returns are subject to customer-paid return freight and a 25% restocking fee.
These fees do not apply to qualifying corrective returns involving verified seller-attributable damage, defects, or incorrect shipments.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after approval, with additional bank processing time.
