Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be canceled for a full refund if the order has not shipped or entered final processing. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@riverpokertables.com or +1 (844) 493-8699.

2. Custom or Special-Order Cancellations

Custom-built, custom-finished, or special-order products may enter production shortly after purchase. If production has started, cancellation may not be available, or a cancellation fee equal to the cost of materials (approximately 20–50% of the order value) may apply.

3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. It will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.
