Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be canceled for a full refund if the order has not shipped or entered final processing. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@riverpokertables.com or +1 (844) 493-8699.
2. Custom or Special-Order Cancellations
Custom-built, custom-finished, or special-order products may enter production shortly after purchase. Custom and special-order items can be canceled at no charge before production begins. If production has already started, cancellation may not be available. Where a cancellation is accepted after production has begun, a cancellation fee may apply, limited to the non-refundable costs already charged by the manufacturer for materials and work completed. We will confirm any such amount with you in writing before processing the cancellation.
3. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. It will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and payment processor timing may vary.
