Product Cancellation Policy

At River Poker Tables, a brand of Northside Global LLC, we understand that customers may need to cancel or modify orders. Our cancellation policy provides a 24-hour cancellation window, subject to product type and fulfillment status.
1. Standard Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not shipped or entered final processing.
Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund without cancellation fees.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may be declined, depending on fulfillment status.
2. Custom & Special-Order Cancellations
Custom-built, personalized, and special-order products may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided production has not started and non-refundable costs have not been incurred.
Once production begins, cancellation may be unavailable. Approved cancellations may be subject to previously disclosed, non-refundable manufacturer costs.
3. Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot generally be cancelled and must follow our return process.
For eligible standard returns:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Prior return authorization is required.
- Customer-paid return freight and a 25% restocking fee apply.
These charges do not apply to qualifying returns involving verified damage, defects, or incorrect shipments attributable to River Poker Tables.

4. Cancellation Refunds
Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
- Eligible standard cancellations receive a full refund.
- Approved custom-order cancellations may have previously disclosed, applicable non-refundable costs deducted.
- Any applicable deductions will be communicated before final approval.
Additional bank processing time may apply.
5. Orders Cancelled by River Poker Tables
If we cannot fulfill an order due to product unavailability, supplier issues, shipping restrictions, or pricing errors, we will notify the customer.
Orders cancelled by River Poker Tables because they cannot be fulfilled will receive a full refund without cancellation or restocking fees, subject to applicable law.

7. Customer Rights
All cancellation requests are subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits customers' mandatory legal rights.
