Price Match Policy

At River Poker Tables, a brand of Northside Global LLC, we offer competitive pricing on premium poker tables, gaming furniture, and accessories.

Our 30-Day Price Match Guarantee allows eligible customers to request a price adjustment if an identical product is available at a lower price from an authorized online retailer within 30 days of purchase.

1. Price Match Eligibility

To qualify, the competing offer must meet these requirements:

  • Identical Product: Same brand, model, size, color, finish, and specifications.
  • Condition: Both products must be new and unused.
  • Availability: The competitor's product must be in stock and available for immediate shipment.
  • Authorized Retailer: The competitor must be an authorized online-only retailer.
  • Timeframe: Post-purchase requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

2. Price Comparison

We compare the total delivered price, including shipping and handling charges, but excluding sales tax and optional delivery upgrades.

3. Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

  • Auction sites, marketplaces, or private sellers.
  • Unauthorized retailers or physical showrooms.
  • Clearance, liquidation, or final-sale offers.
  • Rebates, bundles, buy-one-get-one, or financing offers.
  • Used, refurbished, open-box, or damaged products.

4. How to Request a Price Match

Email support@riverpokertables.com with the competitor's product link, price, shipping charges, and product details. Include your order number for post-purchase claims.

  • Before Purchase: Approved requests receive a custom invoice with the adjusted price.
  • After Purchase: Approved price differences are refunded to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Bank posting may take longer.

Price match refunds are not subject to the standard 25% return restocking fee.

5. Additional Conditions

All requests are subject to verification of product details, competitor authorization, availability, and pricing.

Requests that do not meet the published conditions may be declined. Applicable customer rights and previously approved offers will be respected.
