At River Poker Tables, a brand of Northside Global LLC, we aim to provide a fair and transparent return process. Due to the size and weight of our furniture, special freight return conditions may apply.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including protective materials.
Proof of purchase and prior return authorization are required.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact our Concierge Team at support@riverpokertables.com or +1 (844) 493-8699 with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photographs where applicable.
Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and shipping instructions. Do not return products without approval.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers pay applicable shipping or freight charges for approved standard change-of-mind returns. Costs vary by product, destination, and carrier and will be explained before the return is arranged.
For verified corrective returns involving damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect shipments attributable to River Poker Tables or its fulfillment providers, customers will not be charged return freight.
4. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to approved standard returns, calculated on the returned product's purchase price.
For example, a $2,000 product incurs a $500 restocking fee, leaving a $1,500 product refund before applicable return freight deductions.
No restocking fee applies to qualifying corrective returns involving verified damage, defects, or seller errors.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect shipments upon delivery. Photograph visible damage, note it on the carrier's receipt where possible, and retain original packaging.
Report concealed damage promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery. Late reporting does not automatically remove applicable warranty or legal rights.
Eligible resolutions may include repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or a refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Standard change-of-mind returns generally exclude:
- Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products.
- Assembled, installed, used, or customer-damaged items.
- Products marked Final Sale before purchase.
- Products without required protective packaging where safe return is not reasonably possible.
These restrictions do not override applicable rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
7. Exchanges
Eligible exchanges require return authorization and approval. Standard exchanges may involve freight charges, a 25% restocking fee, and price differences.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products follow the corrective return process.
8. Refunds
After an authorized return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Applicable restocking fees and previously disclosed return freight charges may be deducted. Banks may require additional processing time.

9. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or discover a missing item, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details.
Verified seller-attributable errors will be corrected without customer-paid return freight or restocking fees.
10. Return Address and Instructions
Do not send returns to our business contact address without authorization.
Approved returns may need to be shipped to designated warehouses or manufacturers. Our team will provide the correct destination and instructions.
11. Customer Rights and Exceptions
Manufacturer-specific conditions may apply where disclosed.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protection rights or applicable remedies.
