At River Poker Tables, a brand of Northside Global LLC, we work with manufacturers to offer quality poker tables, gaming furniture, and accessories. Warranty coverage varies by product, brand, and manufacturer.
1. Manufacturer Warranty
Certain products include manufacturer warranties covering eligible defects in materials, workmanship, or components.
Warranty duration, coverage, and conditions depend on the manufacturer and may be available on individual product pages.
Not all products include a manufacturer warranty.
2. Warranty Exclusions
Depending on the manufacturer's terms, warranties may exclude:
- Normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
- Misuse, improper assembly, storage, or maintenance.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose.
Exclusions vary by product and do not override applicable consumer rights.
3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please provide your order number, product name, description of the issue, and photographs or videos where applicable.
We will review your request and coordinate with the manufacturer when necessary.
4. Repairs and Replacements
Approved warranty claims may qualify for replacement parts, repairs, or product replacement, depending on the manufacturer's terms.
Coverage for labor, replacement parts, and other services may vary.
5. Warranty Shipping Costs
Warranty-related shipping and freight charges depend on the manufacturer's coverage and applicable legal requirements.
Any customer-responsible charges will be explained before arranging a paid service.
Verified corrective returns attributable to River Poker Tables or its fulfillment providers will not incur customer-paid return freight or restocking fees.
6. Shipping Damage
Inspect your shipment upon delivery and report visible damage promptly.
For concealed damage, contact us preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs of the product and packaging.
Late reporting does not automatically eliminate applicable warranty or legal rights.

7. Returns and Refunds
Warranty claims are separate from standard returns.
Our Return Policy provides a 30-day window for eligible standard returns, which may involve a 25% restocking fee and customer-paid freight.
These standard fees do not automatically apply to approved warranty claims.

8. Additional Warranty Conditions
Manufacturers may require proof of purchase, product registration, or compliance with maintenance instructions.
River Poker Tables does not provide a universal independent warranty unless expressly stated. Advertised warranties and applicable consumer protection rights remain in effect.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as warranty procedures or manufacturer requirements change. Updates will not automatically remove existing warranty rights.
